Thrax TheUpmost / S.U.R.F. Solidified operates this artist website and decides how inquiry and approved membership information is used. This notice describes the site’s information practices. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to thraxdaupmost@gmail.com.
What this website handles
OpenAI provides the ChatGPT Sites hosting and sign-in service. These services process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages and security logs. If you sign in, the host can supply a site-specific account identifier and email address. Backstage access uses your account identifier to check an approved member list. Restricted agriculture content is checked on the server using your authenticated account identifier and approved account email or identifier. Signing in alone does not grant access.
Shop and contributions
When a store is connected, product information is requested from Shopify and product images may load from its image servers. Technical information, including an IP address when available, may be shared for delivery and security. Product links open Shopify for item selection and checkout. A contribution link, when available, opens Stripe-hosted checkout. Those providers process payment and order information under their own privacy policies. This website does not collect card details or grant membership from a checkout return page.
Contacting Thrax
The inquiry form prepares a draft in your email application. The website does not send that draft automatically or keep a form-submission database. If you send the email, Thrax and his email provider receive your email address, message and information you include. That information is used to respond, discuss your request and maintain relevant correspondence. Do not include passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal records.
The S.U.R.F. site guide
The automated helper uses a fixed set of site answers inside your browser. Questions are not sent to an AI provider, and this site's code does not log or store the conversation. Messages remain in the page's memory until you clear the chat, refresh or leave. This is a site guide, not a conversation with the artist.
Instagram, Spotify and external links
Instagram and Spotify embeds are off until you choose to load them. Loading an embed sends information such as your IP address, browser details and page referrer to that provider, which may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies. You can unload media with the control below the Instagram section or refresh the page. Unloading does not erase information already received by a provider.
Opening external social, music or email links takes you to another service. Their practices are covered by their own policies, including Instagram / Meta and Spotify.
Cookies, analytics and payments
This site's own code does not set advertising cookies, add advertising pixels, run an analytics tracker or save chat messages in browser storage. Hosting and sign-in services may use essential cookies; loaded third-party embeds may use their own cookies. The artist site does not take payments or collect payment-card details. Merchandise links open the separate Shopify store; checkout availability and purchase terms are shown there. Email links for merchandise or contributions prepare inquiries. No newsletter database or automatic mailing-list signup is implemented here.
Use, sharing and retention
Information is used to operate and secure the site, manage approved member access and respond to requests. Service providers handle information as needed for those functions; disclosures may also be necessary to comply with applicable law or protect rights and security. This site's code does not sell personal information or transmit it to advertising networks. Optional third-party services have separate data practices.
Inquiry correspondence and membership records are kept as needed for the relevant relationship, administration or legal obligations. Hosting, sign-in and email providers apply their own retention practices. This site does not set a separate retention period for their technical logs.
Your choices and requests
You may browse without loading social or music embeds, clear the local chat, and contact Thrax to request access, correction or deletion of information he holds. Available rights depend on your location and the circumstances. Identity verification may be needed, and records may sometimes need to be retained for legal or security reasons.
Children and security
This website is intended for a general music audience, not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has sent personal information, contact us. Access checks are used for member content, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Service-provider privacy information
Hosting, sign-in and commerce providers have their own policies: OpenAI privacy policy and Shopify privacy policy. Provider processing locations and transfer arrangements depend on those services and the account configuration.

Updates will be posted here with a revised effective date, including when new payment, membership, analytics or mailing-list services are added.
